In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "c4777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the c4777.vip platform and all associated services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, write them down in an insecure location, or use the same credentials across multiple platforms.

c4777 support agents will never request your Account password. Any communication claiming to be from c4777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

You agree to notify c4777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. c4777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from your authorisation — express or implied — of a third party to use your Account.

c4777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are stated on the Payments page of the Platform.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on c4777:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own legal name. Payments from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund your Account or that has been verified by the c4777 compliance team.
• c4777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated at the point of withdrawal request and are subject to change with prior notice on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of the bet slip.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c4777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing mistake, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated play at live dealer tables.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on sports events in which you have a personal or professional interest that gives you access to non-public information.

c4777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notification in accordance with applicable dormant account procedures.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an Account is closed for reasons attributable to the player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed by c4777 in circumstances where no breach by the player has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

c4777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude c4777's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

c4777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — c4777 will provide notice via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the amendments taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, at which point any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
